Answer: The evil woman, who is a medium, is a servant of the Devil. The Devil is the father of deceiver, telling a lie very tactfully. According to Korean woman mediums, they are very good at invoking dead souls of non-Christians who died several years ago. They mediate between dead souls of customers who are living, usually the children of the dead souls (passed away parents).
Children used to ask for the way solving problems they have encountered. And the dead souls of parents say in the similar voice of their parents.
There are two ways of understanding of this fact:
1. They are Real dead souls of non-Christians, who can come out by calling of the pagan mediums, for the dead souls belong to Satan, who is staying on earth. But dead souls of Christian parents cannot come out, because they belong to God in heaven. When a Christian dies, angels of heaven bring him to heaven, who is not staying on earth anymore. Only dead souls of non- Christians are staying on earth for 120 years (Gen 6:3). After that they move to the spiritual prison until the day of judgment of fire. If a pagan die at the age of 60, he can stay on earth 60 years more roaming around under the power of Satan and demons on earth.
2. They are deceiving spirits belong to the Satan. They seem to pretend to be the dead souls of non-Christians. In the case of appearing the spirit of Samuel in 1 Samuel 28, it is the deceiving of Satan.
Samuel had been serving the Lord as the one who belong to the Lord. Therefore, from the moment of his physical death, he stays in Paradise not in the earthly Hades (see Luke 23:43, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in Paradise.”)
Satan has no right or power to control the passed away Christians souls who are in Paradise now.
Medium women are good at telling what happened in the past; usually they have many information about the misfortune of dead souls of non-Christians. Why? They were the one who caused such bad misfortune of life. This is the weapon of Satan and his following evil spirits or demons.
But they do not know the future, which belongs to God Almighty. But many non-Christians or pagans are deceived by their deception. The appearing of Samuel in this case was that of deceiving work of Satan.
